The villa is characterized by an L-shaped plan that divides the living areas from the night ones.
The L-shaped construction aims to create an open court, an intimate space in the wide garden, with a wooden decking on which the living area opens its transparent sliding windows.
The white architectural shell and the simplicity of the volumes represent the pursuit of simplicity and linear solutions of this design work.

sbuffa divertito e assesta due colpetti di gomito al braccio sinistro di Nordio, mentre l’ex premier e fondatore di Italia Viva, che si autoassegna la parte del «grillo parlante», di nuovo attinge alle avventure del burattino di legno: «Pensavate di aver trovato la lady di ferro, Margaret Thatcher? Avete trovato l’omino di burro, forte con i deboli e debole con i forti».
