Established in 2005 in Milan, INS_ilariaNAVAstudio is a boutique practice involved in the development of projects focused on sustainable urban design, architecture and interior design as solutions for better living.

We work worldwide across multiple scales and sectors adding value to client expectations, social integration and environmental care.

Over the last 5 years we worked in Africa, mostly in Ghana and Mozambique, where we have a deep knowledge of the human, cultural, economic and working environment.

INS links its work with different worlds and scales, experiencing all fields connected with growth of cities and realization of buildings through social dialogue and education.

Ilaria links her work with the politics of urbanism as Urban Planning Assessor of the City of Caronno Pertusella (ITALY), as Member of the National Urbanism and Public Buildings Commission of ANCI and as Member of the Advisory Board of Professional Council at Lombardy Regional Government.

She has been Teaching Assistant of Urban Design at the Polytechnic of Milan for 12 years, enhancing her professional background through academic research.

She has been the coordinator of international educational project Construction and Therapy, developed with Strathclyde University of Glasgow for Rwanda.
